2. The Service

most. lets you generate landing page and CMS content for a Webflow site you control, using AI, and push that content to Webflow via the Webflow API and/or the most. Designer Extension. You must connect your own Webflow account/site to use most.'s publishing features, and you remain the owner and operator of that Webflow site at all times.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Credits and billing

The Service currently meters usage via a credit balance shown in your account. No payment processing is active at this time — the credit system exists to track and limit AI generation cost, not as a live billing mechanism. If and when paid billing is introduced, these Terms will be updated and you will be notified before any charge is made.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the content generated for you through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, publish, and have AI generate content related to anything you submit (including any Webflow site content, images, or brand material). most. claims no ownership over your generated content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, security controls, or rate limits.
• Use the Service to access a Webflow site or workspace you do not have authorization to manage.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Webflow, Anthropic, DataForSEO, Resend, Vercel, and Neon. Your use of the Service is also subject to Webflow's own terms of service for any site you connect. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from these third-party providers.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it live.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, most. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. liability for intent or gross negligence under German law, §§ 276, 309 BGB).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer habitually residing in another EU member state, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state may also apply. Place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permitted, is Germany.
